ABOUT US
In 2014 Mark laid out his business plan: barbecue so good that people will drive 18 miles in 100 degree weather down a dirt road, just to try it. Though Greenfield Avenue happens to be a two lane thoroughfare just outside downtown Milwaukee, the proof remains in the pork.
What you can expect: friendly faces, and some serious barbecue. What we do is practiced, perfected and best enjoyed elbows-up alongside family and friends.

A pit master 40 years in the making, Mark has sharpened steel alongside some of Milwaukee's biggest names. Catch him out of the kitchen and he’ll explain that there are three elements necessary to make the best barbecue: good meat, a proper fire, and a devotion to detail.
